Need an inspiring space for the day! We’ve got you covered. This historic loft in Emeryville with north facing windows is filled with light daily and available for private video / photo productions. The standard rental period is between 8AM and 5PM.
Day Still Photography
$700
Overtime: $100/ hr. overtime start at 8hr
On site manager is included in the fee.
Booking:
Booking requires 50% deposit.
Cancellation less than 5 business days from the start of booking you will lose your deposit.
Half Day Still Photography
$400
Overtime: $100/ hr. overtime start at 4hr
